ReThink The Reliability of the Bible / Dr. Heckel and The Humble Skeptic

February 4 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

This event is being brought to you by ReThink315 in partnership with Grace Union Church. This event is for teens and middle schoolers but guests of all ages are welcome.

Overview:

How reliable are the Old and New Testaments and why does it matter today? Join us for an honest, down-to-earth panel discussion with two trusted experts who specialize in biblical reliability, textual transmission, canon formation, and the history behind the Scriptures we read today. Whether you’re new to these questions or you’ve wrestled with them for years, this conversation will give you clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of how the Bible came to us.

Together, our panelists will address common challenges, perceived contradictions, manuscript differences, the development of the canon, and what Christians mean by “inerrancy.” More importantly, they’ll explore why these issues aren’t just academic but deeply personal, shaping how we trust, read, and live out Scripture. Bring your questions, your doubts, and your curiosity. This is a safe environment to learn, think, and engage.
