Testify! Testimony Slam at Omen Coffee Co

This event is being brought to you by ReThink315, Save St. Louis, Together STL, Operation STL, Engage 360, People’s Church, Faith (Oakville) Lutheran Church, and Omen Coffee Co.

Starting in March, each month, Christians from various backgrounds and traditions will step forward to share true stories of how Jesus met them in real life—through doubt, struggle, healing, conviction, and renewal. These are not polished performances or exaggerated moments, but thoughtful, faith-filled testimonies that point to the ongoing work of Christ in the lives of ordinary people.

Think of it as a spoken-word story night shaped by authenticity, reflection, and hope.

Testify! exists to remind us that the Christian faith is not merely something we inherit or assume—it is something we encounter. As we listen to one another’s stories, we are encouraged, challenged, and reoriented toward the truth that God is still active, still pursuing, and still transforming lives today.

Come listen. Come reflect. Come be reminded that Jesus is still at work among us.
