QUESTION: If God is good and all-powerful, why is there so much suffering? Why injustice? Why tragedy? Why personal pain?

This question isn’t theoretical — it’s deeply personal. It’s one of the most common reasons people doubt or walk away from faith. And it deserves more than shallow answers.

In this session, we’ll wrestle honestly with the emotional and philosophical dimensions of suffering. We’ll explore how Christianity uniquely addresses both the reality of evil and the hope of redemption — and why the cross stands at the center of that answer.

This night is about facing hard questions with courage — and discovering that Christian hope is not fragile in the face of suffering.
